ARBITRATION PLACE
INVITATIONAL PRE-MOOT

March 4 and 5, 2023

Arbitration Place is hosting their second Arbitration Place Invitational (“API”) Pre-Moot for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. The pre-moot is a two-day round robin event in which 16 Canadian and international law schools will get the opportunity to practice their mooting skills before the main event (four rounds for each team). The event will be held virtually on March 4 and 5, 2023. WCCAS is also happy to announce that we are a supporting organization of the 2023 API Pre-Moot.

Arbitration Place is looking for arbitrators who are willing to act as arbitrators for our pre-moot. As they hope to resemble the Vis Moot as closely as possible, they will have a tribunal of three arbitrators sit on each session and have 96 tribunal slots to fill.
